Natasha is an all around West Coaster. When not curled up by the fireplace at home, she is out enjoying our beautiful Vancouver Island hiking the forest trails with her dogs, fishing for that big salmon, camping on a mountain, or ATVing in the back country.
After many years spent in an office environment as a public service worker, Natasha chose to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Her desire to help people in a more meaningful way is what made her realize that it was time to move on. Massage had been introduced to Natasha as a child by her family as a way to decrease tension and pain and to help ease the stresses of daily life. She has experienced firsthand the powerful benefits of this type of therapeutic care in helping her to manage chronic low back pain and the effects of whiplash.
Natasha believes that massage can encourage you to connect with your body and enhance your own health. Her goal is to provide safe and effective treatments by gathering a thorough health history, assessing your goals and needs, keeping open communication, and providing useful home care. Natasha will help you to regain strength, increase fitness, and reduce pain allowing you to return to regular routines and activities. Longterm, her work will help you to maintain health, improve function and prevent further injury.
