Our lovely clinic at the edge of downtown Victoria is looking to bring on another RMT. We have been steadily growing and have been turning away new clients for months now.
Applicants should be interested in working in a calm environment and
be in pursuit of a healthy lifestyle – we try to lead by example with our patients so encouragement of ‘down time’ and other healthy choices is important. We are a small group of 5 RMTs, working independently in a shared space, hoping to find someone who blends well with our team. Full time space available; percentage split with minimum/maximums.
Clinic will provide all furnishings and all massage/laundry/office supplies. Marketing of the clinic is provided but it’s expected that each practitioner work to establish herself as a practitioner in the
community as well. We use an amazing billing/online scheduling system that is very user friendly for patients and practitioners – it has an app for the public as well as one for us. We have part time reception help but basically operate on our own and our patients appreciate that. Clinic has been open for 5 years now so runs very smoothly and has a great reputation in town.
