In order to make things easier for everyone, we have setup the payment side of our online scheduling / billing system through our personal MindBody Online website. This lets us store your credit card information in our very secure system so that you don’t have to bother pulling out your card to pay for your service and it lets you make online purchases. We did this because it allows for…
- A quick & easy checkout therefore decreasing the time it takes for payment administration & maximizing the treatment time that you have with your practitioner. That’s right, more massage time! (or yoga or nutrition talk time!!)
- Securing online reservations for yoga, infant massage, & other classes… so that you can be sure there will be a space for you when you arrive!
- Making account payments online so that you can pay for; one of our Wellness Packages (to receive 10% off the regular cost of individual services), a missed appointment fee (whoops!), or a service for a family member or friend.
- Purchasing gift certificates online (and receiving them right away through email) making it an amazingly simpler process as you no longer have to arrange a time to come into the clinic to purchase one & pick it up. This makes gift buying a breeze… Phew!!
To start using this service log in to our online scheduler and input your billing information into your ‘Profile’ under the ‘My Info’ tab; then you’ll be able to purchase a ‘Service’, ‘Gift Card’, ‘Account Payment’, or ‘Bundle’ under the new ‘Online Store’ tab. The personal and billing information that we collect from you is kept as data on secure servers or backup directories protected by multiple, redundant firewalls and intrusion detection and prevention systems that are regularly monitored and tested. 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) data encryption is employed to protect all data including credit card numbers. All information stored on our system is subject to regulation by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards Council which is the same Council used by MasterCard & Visa.
