We are now offering weekly yoga classes as well as Private/ Semi Private Yoga Sessions in our studio!
Classes run for 90 minutes and are kept to a maximum of 8 students to allow for a more focused approach to technique as well as a safer yoga practice. Private/ Semi-Private Sessions allow for even more personalized attention from our Registered Yoga Teacher enabling you to achieve your specific health & wellness goals. These sessions can be booked for 60 or 90 minutes and can be shared by up to 4 people.
Yoga mats will be provided for both classes and private sessions so no need to have or bring your own – unless you prefer to. All levels of experience are welcome as yoga is beneficial for everyone no matter your age, strength, or flexibility.
HATHA Yoga Class – Saturdays at 9am for 90 mins
All levels are welcome. Students who are new to yoga will find a supportive and nurturing environment where they can discover and experience the joys of yoga, while more experienced students can deepen their practice by revisiting the foundations of alignment and breath. This class will build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress, enhance your overall sense of well being, and deepen your mind-body connection. You will leave feeling relaxed and renewed.
HATHA FLOW Yoga Class – Saturdays at 11am for 90 mins
This class incorporates more body movement and more challenging postures than the Hatha class. Students are encouraged to mindfully connect with their bodies and breath as the entire body is strengthened, stretched, toned and relaxed. This class focuses on alignment, mind-body-breath awareness, and the joy of being in the present moment as you flow through Sun Salutations and held postures. You will feel refreshed, relaxed, and full of life as you cultivate a compassionate, nurturing connection with your self.
Private/ Semi-Private Yoga Sessions
Tanya Roberts, RYT-200 is available for private bookings on Tuesdays from 12pm – 2pm and on Sundays From 10am – 4pm.
We are currently accepting registrations for our classes that will run through til October. You could either enrol for a series of 6 or 8 classes (at $90 or $120 respectively) or reserve spaces for single or multiple classes if you can’t make it in on a weekly basis. The drop-in rate for single or multiple classes is $18 (incl HST) per class.
